The AI Chief of Staff Bootcamp is a 4-week live online educational program offered by Neon & Slate LLC, a limited liability company based in New York City.
The program includes:
- 4 live online sessions with the instructor
- Step-by-step guides and educational materials
- Lifetime full replay access to all recorded sessions
- Access to a private cohort group (WhatsApp)
- Frameworks and templates provided during the program
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
02Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information.
Prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your payment provider and is outside our control.
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@neon-slate.com.
03Refund Policy
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If after the first 7 days of the program you feel it is not the right fit, contact us at contact@neon-slate.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
After the 7-day period, all sales are final. Due to the live, cohort-based, and digital nature of the program — including immediate access to materials and recorded sessions — refunds are not available beyond this window.
If the cohort does not reach the minimum required number of participants, enrolled students will receive a full refund and will be notified promptly.
04Intellectual Property
All content delivered through the Bootcamp — including but not limited to frameworks, methodologies, session recordings, templates, written guides, and any other materials — remains the exclusive intellectual property of Neon & Slate LLC.
As a participant, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own professional development. You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the program content
- Share login credentials or replay links with non-participants
- Resell, sublicence, or commercialise any materials or frameworks
- Present the frameworks or methodologies as your own in a commercial context
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.
05No Guarantee of Results
The AI Chief of Staff Bootcamp is educational in nature. Participation does not guarantee any specific outcome, level of productivity, time savings, or financial result.
Results depend entirely on individual implementation, effort, consistency, existing technical environment, and personal circumstances. Testimonials or case studies shared are illustrative and not representative of typical results.

06Participant Conduct
By joining the Bootcamp, you agree to engage respectfully with the instructor and fellow participants. Neon & Slate LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the program — without refund — for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the cohort experience.
07Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neon & Slate LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program or use of the materials, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.
Our total liability in connection with the program shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate.
08Program Changes
Neon & Slate LLC reserves the right to adjust session dates, content, tools, or delivery format where necessary. We will notify enrolled participants of any material changes with reasonable advance notice. These changes do not affect your right to the 7-day refund.
09Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
